It looks like its happened, Cujo is back in leaf land, the deal is for one year around 700k. H will solidify are backup position, and enjoy one last year before hanging them up for good. Ive also read that Radim Vrbata has signed with the lightning and not coming to the leafs as I may have thought. Very surprised at the lightning. Lastly, its been reported the leafs have offered Avery a 4yr/16mil contract, which blows away the latest 4yr/12mil offer from the rangers. I could see a team giving him even more than the leaf offer, teams are desperate to make a move. Look for the thrahsers to greatly overpay a free agent. Don Waddell needs to do something drastic, the owners are ready to let him go. Thats what you get when youve only had 2 home playoff games in the teams existence.
